First time customer: I made a late night online order of firewood (2scoop) through their website, I received communication via email the following morning. Which was convenient and easy. Friendly comms.The wood arrived midday today.Very happy with the purchase.The service does not include the wood being stacked. So have your PPE/wheelbarrow handy ☺️Very happy overall with the service, thanks to the team at Baldivis firewood and garden supplies.

I never leave reviews for anything online as I am not really an 'internet person'. However, the service, care, and consideration given to me by Alison at Perth Home of Heating was absolutely first class. She talked me through the steps to trouble-shoot my issues with my wood heater. And as she had to tend to customers as well, even called me back at the end of her working day to make sure I had been able to fix the problem. This NEVER happens, people NEVER call back! I was so impressed by this lovely lady. What a wonderful human being! Alison also emailed a few days later with the contact details for people who clean wood stove flues. I will definitely be using this business again, even though it is not my local one nor the closest, I will travel there deliberately for the service. Thank you again Alison. Will be highly recommending your business to anyone and everyone!

Great service from a truly professional team. Everything from our first meeting with Kyle right through to the completion of our fireplace installation worked like clockwork. Mark's site inspection and supervision of the installation as well as great advice regarding the gas supply gave us a lot of confidence in the process. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and with Sarah handling the trade appointments and keeping us informed every step of the way, it couldn't have been easier. All in all an excellent experience.

We had the team at Hearth House Mandurah install our new wood fire on Friday and I cant say enough good things about them. From initial contact to prompt service, everything has been A+.Thank you Mark and Kim, to say we are happy is an understatement.

I definitely won't be cold this winter!!!After previously living in a home with a wood stove, I really noticed just how much my open fireplace was chewing through the logs in comparison. And of course I was getting all the smoke and the dust into my lounge room; and lungs.With the opening of my fireplace being on the small side, Perth Home of Heating were among only a few outlets that actually offered a quality wood fire insert that would fit, at least without some potentially expensive and very messy brick removal. When I visited the showroom, I also found Alison and Brett lovely to deal with, very friendly and informative.The unit arrived when promised, and the only temporary hiccup was that the installer had to move the date I was initially booked in for; but Brett and Alison personally insured that I was offered a new date not too long after. Julian, the installer was also perfectly lovely and worked very cleanly indeed. I had expected quite a bit more dust.So tonight I am burning off" the unit (a Jindara Riverina) for the first time. The office staff were so great to deal with & the installers did a fantastic job & cleaned up once they were done.We have since recommended you to friends who are anxiously awaiting their fire place install next week.In this cut throats world it's not always easy to keep your customers 100% satisfied, but you guys really knocked it out of the park.
