Great company to deal with. Had issues with delivery date but Hearth House made some suggestions and delivered and installed our new fire 3 days earlier. The install guys were professional, clean and really polite. So glad we went with the professional company not the cheaper company. Thanks so much for your advice and support. Thank you to Hearth House Mandurah for what we can only describe as 5 Star service. Kim and Mark were so great to deal with, and were fantastic when going through for what we needed, our options and selection of the Lopi 4415 gas fireplace. Brad was top notch with his workmanship and did a superb structure installation. Simply the best addition to our home.Great service great guys. They went over and beyond from start to finish. The fireplace looks beautiful and we highly recommend them. Great job guys!!!!

I can't sing my praises enough for the friendly, informative and professional team at Hearth House! I recently had two split systems installed in my home. From start to finish the experience was a pleasant one. Kim and Kirsti were patient with my decision making and helpful. Mark did a home visit and offered good advice. And the installation team of Leighton, Kev and Cooper was fantastic! They were polite, professional and tidy! Leighton especially was kind and considerate. The whole team were respectful and did such an amazing job! Even offering to vacuum which I declined! I can't recommend them enough! Very happy Hearth House! Thank you so much.
